License Agreement pictures

• This document is a legal contract between Andalucía Fotos and the end user, when you use or download any image will be linked to conditions of use of this contract.

• All images are the property of Andalucía Fotos and / or its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws and treaties on intellectual property.

• Andalucía Fotos customer does not yield any intellectual property rights, only the right to use the image to be used only once, not sublicense or transferable, except by mutual agreement between both parties.

• Andalucía Fotos reserves the right not to license an image for any reason.

• Andalucía Fotos not guarantee that the information provided to describe each image is completely accurate, but makes every effort to do so.

• Andalucía Fotos unless expressly indicates otherwise in writing, you acknowledge that Andalucía Fotos gave no image rights and agree that Andalucía Fotos can not guarantee to be in possession of the necessary authorization for the use of the image of all or any of the people who appear in the pictures. The same should be understood with respect to authorizations that may be required for the use of names, trademarks, logos or image of entities or corporations that might also appear in the images.

• Except that it has been agreed otherwise in writing, Andalucía Fotos gave no guarantees, nor possess any rights-Operating in works of visual art, or any other kind, which might appear in reproduced images. You accept full responsibility for the misuse or manipulation to make the images also accepts Andalucía Fotos to evade any responsibility arising from the use of the images. • In no event shall Andalucía Fotos or its licensors are responsible for any damage that occurs due to leave these images. For the fulfillment of this contract, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
